Your consultation is a collaborative space where we will:

Take a few moments before our call to think about:

  • What has led you to seek therapy now?

  • What are the biggest emotional challenges or patterns you’ve noticed?

  • Have you been in therapy before? If so, what worked (or didn’t work) for you?

If you’re unsure about what you need—that’s okay. We can figure that out together.

Premarital Therapy - $385 per session OR $2200 for the full 6-session package
