What People Are Saying.

What to Expect from a Consultation

A 30-minute consultation is an opportunity to explore whether we’re the right fit before beginning therapy. This isn’t a full therapy session, but rather a focused conversation designed to:

  • Clarify your goals and what’s bringing you to therapy

  • Discuss what you need in a therapist and how my approach aligns

  • Identify key patterns that may be impacting your personal or professional life

  • Answer any questions you have about working together

If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session, and the consultation fee will be applied to that session. If not, I’ll provide guidance on other options or resources that may better meet your needs.

This consultation is ideal for professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs who are serious about investing in deep, transformative therapy and want to ensure a strong therapeutic partnership.

Therapy with me is an investment in lasting change. My 1:1 sessions are $350 per session, and I work exclusively with private pay clients.

Many clients use out-of-network insurance benefits for reimbursement. If you’d like to check your coverage, you can do so with Mentaya.

I look forward to speaking with you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Attachment trauma refers to wounds stemming from early relationships, often with caregivers, where emotional needs weren’t fully met. These wounds can create patterns of insecurity, anxiety, and fear in adult relationships. Left unhealed, attachment trauma can lead to feeling like you’re "too much" for others, constant fear of abandonment, and struggles with boundaries. Addressing these issues in therapy can help you build secure, healthy connections where you feel seen and valued.

  • The longer we wait to address unhealed trauma, the more it negatively affects not just our own emotional well-being, but also our relationships with others. Over time, unresolved trauma can perpetuate harmful patterns, affecting romantic relationships, friendships, and even the way we parent, creating the risk of passing down these issues to future generations. Taking action today means breaking these cycles, fostering deeper connections, and experiencing emotional freedom and peace.

  • Premium therapy goes beyond traditional sessions. At $350 per 50-minute session, I provide an elevated level of care that includes personalized follow-ups with key takeaways, goal-oriented progress tracking, and exclusive access to a curated library of resources. This level of personalized attention ensures that every aspect of your healing is supported, so you can make meaningful, lasting changes faster. Investing in premium therapy is an investment in deeper, more impactful transformation.

  • While every healing journey is unique, clients typically start seeing changes within a few sessions, especially when engaging deeply with the personalized follow-ups, progress tracking, and exclusive resources provided. Therapy for attachment trauma involves peeling back layers of emotional patterns, and progress is often seen in improved communication, emotional regulation, and stronger relationships as we work together.

  • Each 50-minute session focuses on uncovering and addressing the root causes of your emotional struggles. We’ll explore how past attachment wounds are affecting your current life and relationships. Between sessions, you’ll receive tailored follow-up emails with key insights, journaling prompts, and personalized resources to help you integrate the work we do together. You’ll also have access to exclusive worksheets, and exercises that support your progress between our meetings.

  • We’ll set clear, tangible goals together at the start of our work, focusing on what you want to achieve, whether it's improved relationships, better emotional regulation, or clearer boundaries. Every few sessions, we’ll review your progress using structured assessments, so you can see the growth you’re making. This process helps make the healing journey visible and measurable, giving you confidence that you’re moving forward.

  • Absolutely. Many people feel nervous about starting therapy, especially when addressing deep-rooted issues like attachment trauma. It's common to worry about being "too much" or feel unsure about opening up. In our work together, you’ll be in a safe, non-judgmental space where your feelings and experiences will be valued. You deserve relationships where you feel secure and loved—without fear or anxiety—and therapy can help you build that.

  • If you find yourself struggling with repeated patterns in your relationships, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling anxious and unseen, it may be a sign that attachment wounds are impacting your life. Addressing these issues now can prevent them from further affecting your well-being and relationships. Therapy offers you the chance to break free from these patterns and create the healthy, secure connections you deserve.
