I’m Miranda Campbell, a therapist, clinical supervisor, business mentor, and the co-founder of Therapist Bestie—where I help mental health professionals and leaders ditch the burnout, master their craft, and build thriving, sustainable careers.

With over a decade of experience in clinical leadership, program development, and private practice, I specialize in attachment-based therapy, trauma healing, and guiding other therapists toward professional growth. But my approach is anything but stiff—I believe that healing, learning, and business-building don’t have to be overwhelming, intimidating, or boring.

I’ve spent my career working in every corner of mental health—from direct client care to running programs, training clinicians, and leading full-scale mental health initiatives.

My Why

A large part of fulfilling my dream of everyone having easy access to quality mental health care is pouring back into the helpers and healers of the community. I aim to do this through Clinical Supervision for clinicians who want to use their gifts to impact those they serve in great ways.

I remember the feeling of anticipation and nerves during the first week of full time private practice. What led to the point of taking the big leap were a few vows I made to myself. I committed to:
