Inspiring the Audacity to Heal

Those I work with often feel exhausted by the belief that their emotions are "too much" for others to handle. They find themselves constantly overthinking, feeling anxious about their relationships, and fearing abandonment. I help them realize they’re not alone—and guide them to understand that this doesn’t have to be their story forever.

Whether you’re seeking therapy or connecting with me for podcastsmedia appearances, or the Attachment Style Makeover, I’m here to help others feel secure and confident in their relationships.

Work With Miranda

  • In my therapy practice, I work with people who:

    • Struggle with anxious attachment and often feel like they need constant reassurance in relationships.

    • Feel disconnected from their loved ones, fearing rejection or abandonment.

    • Overthink every interaction, constantly worrying they’re “too much” or “not enough.”

    • Are stuck in repeating patterns of painful relationships, unsure of how to break the cycle.

    • Have a hard time setting boundaries with their family or partners without feeling guilt, fear, or shame.

    • Want to break generational cycles of trauma, creating a legacy of secure, healthy attachments for their children.

  • My practice is rooted in helping individuals heal from attachment trauma while addressing a range of related emotional and mental health challenges. I specialize in working with people who are dealing with caregiver fatigue, depression, anxiety, and postpartum depression or anxiety. These struggles often arise from deep-rooted patterns formed in early relationships and can affect how we connect with others and care for ourselves. Together, we’ll work to uncover the underlying attachment wounds and develop tools to heal, grow, and build secure, fulfilling connections.

I also have a special focus on those navigating grief, relationship burnout, and boundary issues. If you find yourself feeling emotionally drained in your relationships, struggling with family of origin issues, or facing challenges with emotional eating and body image, we can work together to restore balance. My goal is to help you break free from these patterns, set healthy boundaries, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and those around you. Whether you’re facing personal or relationship struggles, I provide a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.

  • In addition to my therapy practice, I use my voice and expertise to help a broader audience through podcastsradio showstelevision interviews, and books.

  • I cover many of the same issues that I work on with clients in therapy, including:

    • Healing from attachment trauma and creating secure, meaningful relationships.

    • Managing relationship anxiety and fear of abandonment.

    • Developing emotional resilience and learning to regulate difficult feelings.

    • Breaking generational cycles of trauma and emotional disconnection.

    • Setting healthy boundaries in romantic and family relationships without guilt.
