My Approach to Healing: Real Talk, Real Change
When you work with me, expect a direct yet compassionate approach. I don’t believe in surface-level fixes or sugar-coating. We’ll get to the heart of what’s going on in your life—whether it’s attachment wounds, anxiety, grief, or that sense of never being ‘good enough.’ I’m here to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, where you can finally let down your guard and explore the parts of yourself you’ve been afraid to face.
I’m different because I won’t just listen—I’ll challenge you, guide you, and walk alongside you as we untangle the complexities of your experiences. I use a mix of proven therapeutic techniques like Brainspotting and Attachment-Based Therapy, combined with a warm, straightforward style. We’ll work together to shift the patterns that aren’t serving you and create healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, so you can finally feel more grounded, confident, and ready to live the life you want.
Miranda Campbell, MSM, MSW, LCSW
I’m a trauma therapist who sees things through an attachment lens. I believe the way we connect with others today comes from what we learned to see as safe or unsafe when we were kids. Those early experiences shape how we think the world works and what we expect from people around us. I help individuals who feel stuck, anxious, or constantly worried in their relationships to unpack attachment trauma that might show up as always needing to please others, pushing people away when they get too close, or feeling terrified of being abandoned or rejected.
If you’ve ever wondered why you keep ending up in the same kind of relationship drama, why you can’t shake the feeling that you’re just not good enough, or why setting boundaries feels so impossible, we’ll work together to get to the bottom of it. We’ll explore how your past might be shaping your present so you can feel more secure, understood, and ready to create healthier, more fulfilling connections.
How Change Will Happen

Step 3: Ongoing Support
As you move through your healing journey, I’ll provide ongoing guidance and support, helping you implement new tools and skills in your relationships. You’ll experience a gradual but powerful shift toward feeling more secure, connected, and confident in your emotional life.
My Background
My passion for helping others has grown over more than a decade of dedicated work. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Biola University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, I’ve focused on supporting people who are facing some of life’s toughest challenges. I’ve worked extensively with individuals dealing with severe mental health issues, helping them find stability and avoid crises like hospitalization or incarceration. Through these experiences, I’ve learned just how crucial it is to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
My Core Beliefs
I believe two core ideas shape our work together. First, there is absolutely nothing wrong with you—you are whole and worthy as you are, even if you’re struggling right now. At the same time, there’s a natural desire to grow and change, and it’s within this seeming contradiction that real healing happens. Second, I see all of us as whole beings, and that means what’s affecting you in one area of your life—like your relationships or work—probably shows up in other areas too. I’m here to help you uncover those patterns and support you in making the shifts that lead to a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Why I Do This Work
I’ve always been passionate about breaking down the barriers to mental health care and reducing stigma, especially for those who often feel overlooked or misunderstood. Working with people facing eating disorders, mood disorders, and other complex issues has shown me just how important it is to have someone in your corner who truly understands. My work as a Clinical Social Worker goes beyond just therapy—it's about being part of a bigger mission to provide compassionate care to those who might not otherwise have found the support they need. I’m here because I believe in the power of change, and I’m dedicated to helping you find the peace and clarity you deserve.
